Where on the map are you?

Three quick questions help us choose a starting point. This is not a label, just the first useful exercise.

Question 01

Have you faced a significant challenge?

You define 'significant.' Family, identity, mental health, illness, immigration, an obstacle that genuinely shaped you. There is no wrong answer.

Question 02

Do you know what you want to study?

A specific direction (e.g., bioengineering, philosophy, CS+art) — not 'pre-med' or 'something with people.' If you're undecided, that's a real answer.

Question 03

Do you already have vivid moments you might write about?

Think scenes, details, conversations, small memories — not polished essay ideas. If you only have fragments, choose 'not sure.'
